Making the system understandable

The product brings restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, market, laundry, and parcel-delivery journeys into one system. Each audience needs a focused workflow while sharing the same order lifecycle.

02 / The approach

Structure before decoration

The interface was organized around role-specific portals and clear order states. Reusable patterns keep service categories consistent while live tracking, dispatch, subscriptions, and administration receive purpose-built flows.
